- 2. Welcome message Every yearthousands of young karatekas from all over the world count the days to participate in the biggest celebration of our sport at underage level. The WKF Youth Camp & Cup has become one of the most important Karate events for youngsters and an outstanding showcase of the impact of our sport at young ages. This event to be held in Umag, Croatia from July 1st to 5th makes us enthusiasts of the sport particularly proud because it is the leading exponent of the strength of Karate at grass-root level. Moreover, the WKF Youth Camp & Cup is a memorable event since it brings youngsters the chance to learn more about Karate from legends of our sport who will be acting as instructors; it is also the perfect stage for them to earn new experiences and to make long-lasting friendship with other young karatekas from all five continents. For all of this, I take the opportunity to thank the Croatian Karate Federation and its president Mr. Davor Cipek for their support in organizing once again one of the most important events of the year. - 20. After confirmation, theguest is required to pay 30% of the full amount within 24 hours (not including Saturdays, Sundays or holidays) to make the reservation valid. The other 70% the guest is required to pay at least 35 days before arrival. PAYMENT METHODS / BANK TRANSFER If you wish to pay for your reservation by bank transfer, you need to pay the required amount within 24 hours from the time of reservation, or at time you receive confirmation of availability from our operators. This should be done latest four days before the first day of competition, this is 3 days after closure of registration, so that a smooth running of the registration process and the event itself can be ensured and the necessary steps can be taken.

After that deadline (20th June 2019), online Registration will close and a penalty of 75 CHF to all further registrations may be applied according to the WKF Rules. ON SITE Registrations Registrationfees for the Training Camp & WKF Kids U12 & U21 Cup The young participants will pay 50€ during official registration (HQ Hotel Sol Garden Istra, Monday 1st July 2019 from 10:00 – 18:00) as participation fees for the 12th WKF Youth Training Camp & 40€ of participation fee for WKF Cup U12 & U21 Cup. It is obligatory for all the participants, their accompanying persons and trainers to stay at the official hotel. Otherwise, the participation fee for all activities of the Training Camp will be 130€. -Registration fees for the 12th WKF Youth Training Camp and WKF Kids U12 & U21 Cup *All necessary information about payments of participation fees for categories at WKF Youth League competition will be explained in separate Bulletin. No participant will be accepted to the event if this form is not duly filled up and signed. All of the fields are necessary. I take any and all administrative, civil, and criminal responsibilities for whatever happens to our athletes, coaches and other members of our delegation participating in the event, before, during, and after the event, such as physical injuries, personal expenses, or monetary debts and casual material damages to the hotels, the venue, means of transportation, etc. Furthermore, I exempt from any legal, civil or criminal responsibilities the organizers of the event, the WKF, the Croatian Karate Union and official agency Uniline its directors, as well as any person, company, or entity related to the event (sponsors, public and private entities).
