This 16x2 LCD display board has a 16 pin header that can operate in either 4-bit or 8-bit mode. It includes pins for data, control signals, power and ground. The board has an on-board power indicator and contrast adjustment. It can interface with 8051, PIC, AVR or Arduino development boards, and sample code is available from the manufacturer's website.
