This document provides the schedule for classes at MOD Taekwondo in Sunset, UT for 2013. It lists the class times and curriculum for each day of the week. Monday focuses on foundational techniques for younger students. Tuesday works on forms for higher belts and sparring. Wednesday has classes for all belt levels with sparring and forms. Thursday is similar to Tuesday. Saturday has special events like promotions, sparring, and advanced forms training. Private lessons are also available to help students improve specific areas.
