by being rational by the other juries is talking to 6th jury. 6th jury tells him why he

the two juries have made, so by close up we see how this man feels and how he
reacts to this conversation. He stays silent but he seems like he thinks and criticizes.
This makes the audience more curious because there can be a real murder and if this
jury isn’t right then the justice wouldn’t be served.

The old jury says his point of view in a humanistic way in this scene. He acts like he
knows the dead man but actually this is a tactic of him to support this evidence. He
doesn’t know anything about this dead man but he takes the clues and uses to

what this old man is going to say. After the same, bored scenes audience focuses
their attentions to the film by this scene.

This scene is the break up point for the most strict jury. He confesses that he knows this
man because he has problems in the relationship with his son too. This scene can be
considered as the climax of the movie because audience sees the inner conflict of this jury

how he reflects them to the external world. By this close up director wants to emphasize
his feelings deeper. This creates a huge attention in the audience because it’s nearly the
conclusion of the decision and audience will find out whether their decisions about the
man is going to win or not.
