1. Amazingly and much to our delight, we
realized that there are still a lot to do. Translating
our work of passion to print had been nothing
butjoyandagreatopportunityinself-expression,
and we hope the fruit of our labour forges us
all closer together with better knowledge and
falling head over heals in common love for
anything two wheels.
Adrenaline kept flowing throughout the
preparation of our 4th
issue, and I thought only
anything more than 110km/hr gives you that
effect. A girl like me can’t possibly be expected
to keep the boys down. The moment of truth
came when we were invited to test the new
KTM RC8 at beautiful Ascari. Noted for its
radical design since 2003 the fast Austrian-
make is the first superbike produced by KTM
and its now finally out in the market and
word has it that some units have reached our
shores.
Amir Hamzah came home after his 3-day
assignment feeling elated. I was the first to hear
about the entire journey, the ride day,the friends
he made (friends in 3 days??!!) – Tons of pictures
to justify his verdict : fun, stress-free, effortless
ride and surprisingly comfortable was that, with
a tour of the city to boot.
I knew instantly that most if not all bike
magazines worldwide will be making the RC8
their cover story, topping ride of the year very
likely. In our case, all the reasons to celebrate
our first foreign test ride. The Austrian beauty
graces our cover with Amir onboard and indeed
our very own ride of the year compliments the
Feature Story within.
I have the pleasure of meeting many
interesting people and some of the greats in the
industry. And that includes a many local and
foreign magazine publishers, editors, owners etc.
Not at all that hard to putting business aside and
sharing forward thinking material and a great
story. I am not afraid to acknowledge that I’m
glued to motociclismo, the best-seller Italian
magazine despite not understanding a word of
what’s written in it. Somehow it tells the best
stories if one only glance through the pictures.
Magical.
By the way, I learnt a new sentence……
‘Sempre piu’SPEED’.
Wanna ride? Read within, then call us and let us
know what you think.

Getting There Is Tough
First of all,I must
apologize for the long
delay before our 4th
issue
got to print. It finally did,
and I’m glad. All that’s
keeping us sane,support
for the magazine had
been overwhelming and
while we were putting
our twos-and-twos
together,compiling our
most current content got
more challenging – quite
literally we were around
the globe bringing you
the best stories.
But I’m Enjoying It…….
