The digital help line teacher of Tiruvalur District is responsible for maintaining computer hardware and accessories. They provide courseware for computer education in regional languages and can also provide multimedia software for IT education. The teacher installs hardware and software, provides e-content and software training to BRTES and teachers at Tiruvalur DPC, and gives e-mail and internet training using Tablet PCs for downloading books, videos, and other materials.
