I really thought it would be hard to think of that many things I liked about me but it wasn't. I took time each day and wrote down things I really liked about me. I wrote down not just physical attributes that I liked about me, but also character and personality traits. I think everyone should do this, because I think we all think things we want to change about ourselves. It's nice to just focus on the aspects of ourselves that are great and make us unique.
