Conny Dorrestijn has worked for over 20 years in marketing roles in the international financial services field, starting in London as marketing director for a large financial services technology firm, ACT Financial Systems (now Misys). Key throughout her career is the customer experience, a theme she has developed throughout her career by working with B. Joseph Pine II and more recently as the financial services Associate Partner at the European Centre for the Experience and Transformation Economies.
