the property they intend to stay in. Here are a few key
questions you should ask before agreeing to rent the property:
▸ What happens if there is a weather related emergency?
▸ What happens if a family emergency occurs prior to
checking in?
▸ What are the circumstances that would lead to loss of a
deposit?

3. Be sure the renter’s definition of child- or pet-friendly align
with yours
