Striker of the Season: Antonio Di Natalie
Udinese striker Di Natalie continued his prolific Goal scoring this Season scoring 28 Goals in
the Serie A just one less than what he scored last Season (29 Goals). The 33 year old Italian
also ensured Champions League football for Udinese after 6 years giving Udinese stars
Sanchez, Inler, Maurizio Isla and himself an incentive to stay with the Club for another
season.

Di Natalie has been the whole and soul of the Udinese team scoring 43% of Udinese’s
Goals, with almost 2 Goals every 3 Games, and managing 4 Shots every Game, over 40%
of them on Target, Di Natalie had a 43% Conversion Rate implying 43% of his Shots on
Target were Goals.
Unlike traditional striker Di Natalie who stands at just 1.70 has been a key player for
Udinese in recent years, having played 7 seasons with the Little Zebra’s, Di Natalie has
scored 110 League Goals, 57 of them coming in the last two Seasons and was duly
rewarded the Italian Player of the Year in 2010.
Midfielder of the Season: Javier Pastore

Pastore played 35 Games this Season and scored 11 Goals with almost 3 Shots on Goal

2. Pastore who joined Palermo last season immediately became a first team player and has
made 59 league appearances already scoring 14 goals usually playing behind the striking

Defender of the Season: Thiago Silva
AC Milan won the Scudetto after 7 years and they did it the Italian way, they didn’t score
a lot of Goals but ensured they concede very few Goals, the Rossoneri’s scored 65 Goals
and conceded only 24 Goals, 12 at Home and 12 Away. The credit of this amazing record
to a lot extent goes to their Strong Centre back Thiago Silva.

Silva Joined Milan in 2009, settling in quickly he has formed arguably the best central

Milan win the Scudetto after 7 years with an amazing record for Goals Conceded. Abbiati
made a host of crucial saves this season that ensured Milan hold the top spot in the
league and was rewarded with a 2 years on his contract.
