Now, the 2018 results are in for the Economist Intelligence Unit's "Global Liveability Report," which provides scores for lifestyle challenges in 140 cities worldwide. You'll notice a few changes to this year's top 10, including Melbourne being bumped out of first place and Japan nabbing two spots after not even making an appearance last year.
