I am a department chair and associate profess of Organizational Leadership at Purdue University Fort Wayne. I teach courses in organizational behavior, training methods, employee relations, human resources, Organizational metaphors, human resource development, and leadership. I do research related to the Future of Work, virtual leadership, motivation, leadership, corporate social responsibility, lean, job apathy, and leadership lessons from popular culture.
