Sagar is a political science graduate from MIT School of Government, Pune. After a brief stint with Shri B.J.Panda, MP from Odisha, he is carrying out one of its kind project on Government Policies research and awareness under the guidance of Shri Pratik Patil, Union Minister of State for Youth Affairs & Sports.
