I grew up in a small island fishing village. I teach Economics at College. I am the Founder of the International Institute for Human Factor Development (IIHFD) and the Human Factor Leadership Academy (HFLA). The HFLA is an education program being established at Akatsi in the Volta Region of Ghana. The HFLA education program will the schooling years starting from Preschool through Graduate School.
