1. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that even before the
cognizance of supplementary charge-sheet could be taken and copies of the
same could be supplied to the accused, the contents of the supplementary
charge-sheet have been leaked in the media. He seeks time to file an
additional affidavit in this regard within three days.
2. On an advance copy of the affidavit supplied by learned counsel for
the petitioner to learned counsel appearing on behalf the State, a reply
affidavit on behalf of the Commissioner of Police be filed before the next
date of hearing after ascertaining who is responsible for the contents of the
supplementary charge-sheet being leaked.
