1. Mapping of community influential (Politicians, religious scholars, social workers, private
practitioners etc.) in all union councils of the assigned area/Tehsil
2. Revitalization of Village Health Committees (VHCs) through LHWs and their identified
Male Health Promoters
3. Preparing schedule for VHCs monthly meetings and awareness sessions
4. Participation in VHCs’ Monthly meetings to develop monthly action plan through VHCs
5. Conduction of Community Awareness Sessions through VCs
6. Assisting CMNO to organize advocacy seminars and events timely as planned
7. Assisting CMNO in Capacity building of LHWs and MHPs on Community Mobilization and
how to develop monthly action plan
8. Identification of potential areas for screening of children with Severe Acute Malnutrition
(SAM)
9. Organizing SAM Screening Camps in identified area
10. Sharing report of the camps with CMNO
11. Supportive Supervision of 10-15% Community awareness sessions conducted by VHCs
12. Ensuring proper documentation and record of all activities
