Richard is a hardworking Ohio native who loves his community and cares deeply about our city. Richard is running for City Council for three reasons: "Transparency" between our city and the citizens it serves, "Accountability" for the actions/decisions of the city and justifying expenses. Finally "Pride". Huber Heights population has been diminishing since 1990, and our city sign says “Come Grow With Us” let’s bring the pride back and make our city the place to live.
