ICAL WON, AGUNG APPEALED
On the Headline news of Riau Pos newspaper, it shows that the expression of
some members or supporters between Aburizal Backrie (Ical) side and Agung
Laksono (Agung) side are significantly different. Vice President of Golkar and other
supporters are glad after hearing judges of Pengadilan Tata Usaha Negara (PTUN)
decided that Ical won towards the problem of structural organization faced by Golkar.
Meanwhile, the president of Golkar in other side, Agung Laksono and partners seem
that they are not able to receive the decision. On those pictures, I can see that the
media has shown the real in the court. However, it seems, it is beneficial chances for
Ical’s side because of that, Ical is the right one. It will be better dealing with the
situation by showing Judges’ pictures or the other one.
To prepare for the regional elections (Provinces, Cities, or Counties) which
would be held respectively on june 2015 in overall Indonesia, the party should
accomplish their own problem in internal by determining only one party to register or
following election in one name. In analyzing the news, I see that the writer on this
newspaper has tried to be balanced in informing the information among these two
sides. Furhermore, the writer has talked more about the judges who decided the
decision. The writer looks like wants to show that the judges has done the best in the
court even if Agung side assumes that the judges has passed their right in deciding
the case. Therefore, Agung Laksono through the lawyer, Oc Kaligis hopes to appeal
the case to a higher court.
The media has also shown that the lawyer of Ical’s side, Yusril Ihza Mahendra
is satisfied on the decision made by the judges. Based on my opinion it’s not
necessary to state it in because it will open and show that it is a fighting Between
KMP and KIH through Yusril as the president of Partai Bulan Bintang (PBB) and
Ministry of Law and Human Rights in Kabinet kerja. Finally, I am interested to read
the statement of Ketua DPD Golkar Riau, Andy Rachman who places him in the
conditional situation among these two sides of Golkar.
