I hail from Ferojpur (Punjab). In year 2000, I shifted to Gurgaon and worked there with Krishna Maruti Ltd (2000 – 03) & (2005-06). During 2004-05, I served Matrix Clothing (P) Ltd. Presently I am working with Simbhaoli Sugars Ltd Ghaziabad, UP. I have been involved in organizational improvement activities by implementing TQM concepts like QMS, EMS, OHSAS, 5S, Quality Circles, Task Forces, Industrial Engineering activities, Projects and New Business Development etc. I have done BE (Industrial Engg.), PGDBA and MBA (HR)
