Ron Mahabir has been focused on sustainable transportation and clean energy since 2006. He currently runs Greenlots, a developer of open charging networks for electric vehicles which has sold systems in 13 countries. Ron also helped establish Annex Power, one of the largest clean energy groups in Southeast Asia that has built over 100 MW of solar, biogas and wind projects. Ron is the former CEO of The Walz Group, the leading mortgage default communications company in North America. He also established the Japan operations for Colony Capital, a global private equity group. Ron graduated from Berkeley where he founded the Credit Union for Berkeley Students.
