Property presentation folder, logo, direct mail postcard, community map which highlight local businesses and services, and print ad for Seventeen07, located in the urban neighborhood Capital Hill, close
to downtown Seattle, WA. The client really wanted to focus on the building rendering, location,
and they wanted the colors to closely match the building interiors. The tri-fold presentation folder featured a slot that held all the required floor plans and paperwork. The most challenging for me in
this project was creating the custom illustrated map used to guide clients to popular businesses and landmarks in the local area.
