As a Psychologist , Counselor and a Trainer I specialize in designing programs for educational institutions related to capacity building for all its stakeholders. A Counseling psychologist , I work with diverse client groups, including children, adults, students and young people, families and couples. Being in the field of School education since past sixteen, years presently I am associated with schools, teacher education colleges ,the British Council,the state government of Maharashtra,Quality Council of India.
