Rebecka joined the Napa County Office of Education (NCOE) in 2007 as a technology coordinator. Over the years she has served as the webmaster, elearning specialist, social media manager & general technology consultant for multiple projects at NCOE. In 2013 Rebecka became NCOE's Educational Technology Program Manager. In this role she provides technology trainings to teachers. Prior to joining NCOE she was the director of the Distance Learning and Technology unit at the California Institute on Human Services which provided a wide range tech support services to its projects. Rebecka also currently owns and runs Another Concept which provides web design, eLearning, and technology training.
