Scope of Test: i) How you respond to conflict ii) How you tolerate the situation iii) Management ability Answer’s approach: i) Use STAR format to explain. S/T (Situation/Task):- Briefly describe the context for the conflicts that arose. A (Approach):-Talk about the key action that you took. R ( Results):- End your response with a description of the positive outcome(s) of your action.

Level of Test: i) Control over your mind ii) How you avoid laziness Answer’s Approach: i) I either find out why it’s important, and for what purpose. ii) I see the importance and therefore it motivates me. iii) Another thing is to have fun with the work.
