O R D E R:
Government, have decided to issue a fresh Notification calling for
the applications from the interested persons for constitution of Non-
Hereditary Trust Boards to Sri Veera Venkata Satyanarayana Swamy
Devasthanam, Annavaram, East Godavari District. However, the
Candidates who have applied for Trusteeship against the earlier
notification issued in the G.O. read above are also eligible.
2. Accordingly, the following notification will be published in an Extra-
ordinary issue of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette, dated:25-11-2016.
NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 15
of the Andhra Pradesh Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions &
Endowments Act, 1987 (Act No.30/87) as amended by Act No.8/2014
read with sub-rule (1) of rule 4 of the Andhra Pradesh Charitable and
Hindu Religious Institutions & Endowments Appointment of Trustees
Rules, 1987, Government hereby issue notification inviting applications
from the interested persons for constitution of Non-Hereditary Trust Board
to Sri Veera Venkata Satyanarayana Swamy Devasthanam, Annavaram,
East Godavari District as prescribed in From I & II annexed to this
Notification.

Name of the Temple/Institution: Sri Veera Venkata Satyanarayana
Swamy Devasthanam, Annavaram, East Godavari District.
It is hereby informed that Non-Hereditary Trust Board will be
constituted to the above Temple by the Government under sub-section
(1) of section 15 of the Andhra Pradesh Charitable and Hindu Religious
Institutions and Endowments Act, 1987 as amended by Act No.8 of 2014
after (20) days from the date of this notification.
Interested persons may send their applications for trusteeship in the
prescribed proforma in Form II within twenty days from the date of this
notification to concerned Executive Officer of the Temple, who shall verify
the antecedents of the applicants and send his report along with the
applications to the Commissioner of Endowments. The Commissioner of
Endowments in turn shall scrutinize the report of the Executive Officer and
send report along with applications to Government.
