I'm a member of FedEx Services providing support to Contractor Initiatives, FedEx Ground in Pittsburgh PA. Currently I'm with the Contractor/Driver Administration and Settlement team, providing a secure on line portal and a rich set of applications to both the independent service provider and internal FedEx departments. I currently concentrate on the Negotiations portion of the system. One of the more unique and challenging parts of the job is that we utilize PeopleSoft HCM as a framework enabling us to quickly create and extend our web applications and services to both internal and external customers.
