ROBOT-AN AUTOMATION TOOL
Description- Robot is an automated software testing tool that can run any other program by remote control. It is a software
tool that executes pre-scripted tests on a software application. Scripted test contain commands, each command is of the
form operation: data, where operation is one character-either t(text),m(move mouse),c(click)r(right-
click),w(wait),s(screen shot)or b(beep). For Example, w:60 makes the Robot wait for 60 seconds. First start the program
that we want to control, then start the Robot. Enter the commands we want to use to control the target program and then
click GO. The Robot will disappear, giving the focus back to the target program, and the Robot will send our commands
to that program.
