4. In 1991 Victor
Victorovich worked as
a professional hand-tohand fighting coach at
Ministry of the Interior
of Russia.
Nowadays he’s a
vice-chairman at the
North Caucasus
Federation of hand-tohand fighting and
combat Sambo.
