I have done my Graduation i.e, Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Biotechnology from Mithibai College, Vile Parle. Post Graduation i.e, Master of Science (M.Sc) in Biotechnology from Viva College, Virar. Done 6 months internship for M.SC-II from Nair Hospital, Mumbai Central. I have done my project on Animal Tissue Culture. Basically, i have worked on 3T3L1 cell line associated with diabetes and the plant used is Tinospora Cordifolia. My study was to evaluate the cytotoxic potential of the plant T. cordifolia and its isolated fractions on 3T3L1 cells using MTT assay. Fractions of T.cordifolia: isolated fractions viz., Water, Butanol, Undissolved and Ethyl acetate fractions using MTT assay.
