Impact • I led the project for the development of first online spin Transport simulation tool for MTJ device in Nanohub (Resources: https://nanohub.org/tools/mtjlab), with ~ 270 users across the world. • PhD work on the electron transport model through Magnetic Tunnel Junction (MTJ) device is used by Synopsys, one of the World’s leading Semiconductor software vendor(s) to develop their “Spin Transport” simulator, thereby impacting their business across the industries and academia.
