Energize and Recharge was founded in 2004 by Dimitria Aridas to help people through fitness, yoga, massage therapy and Pilates based on her 15 years of experience in those fields. It has grown over the years through Dimitria's mission to transform lives and now employs a staff to continue providing passionate, experienced and professional health and wellness services in Elwood, St Kilda, Elsternwick and Ripponlea.

About Us
Energize and Recharge was born in 2004 from the dream of Dimitria Aridas of helping
people be healthier and feel good. But the dream is older than that.
An ex-office worker herself, Dimitria turned tables to live her dream and started a career
in Fitness and Yoga. For over 15 years she practised various fitness and yoga styles and
then fell in love with Massage Therapies and the Pilates Method.
Over the years, this restless mission of transforming people’s lives brought loyal clients
and a growing staff onboard. Energize & Recharge is recognized today for its passion,
experience and professionalism. And the dream goes on…
