Pierre Serkine graduated from an engineering school (Arts & Métiers ParisTech, France), holds an MSc in Aerospace Dynamics (Cranfield University, UK), a M. Econ in Energy and Climate Economics (Paris-Dauphine University, France) and a MA in European Economic Studies (College of Europe in Bruges, Belgium).
