With a formal education in Sociology, I have gathered over 30 years of experience in Project Management through teaching, facilitating, consulting and managing projects. I pursue three main dimensions in Project Management: (1) The strategic design of projects and programs; (2) The human aspects of Project Management and (3) The impact of PM approaches on the organizational development.
