 Google+ SMS is one Google suite of SMS extension
  products that allows Google+ users to interact and
  communicate with Google+ and non Google+ users
  across multiple channels specifically SMS and Mobile
  Web .
 G+ has 90 million users worldwide and growing rapidly
  like face book and Twitter .
 Glo already has already signed the contract with Google
  for Gmail to Mobile SMS which will be extended to
  G+SMS users ALSO.
 Leverage the opportunity of being first on G+SMS by
  strategically starting the campaign first and taking first
  mover advantage . ( Google launching on 15th March )

G+/ Gmail/SMS overview
    PC chat to cell text service, which allows Gmail users in the respective country to
    send and receive chat messages - for free - as text messages
    Easy and convenient to use: Just type in a phone number into the new SMS box in
    G+ / Gmail and your message and send it off.
        In addition, contact phone numbers can be stored within the Gmail address book, which
         allows immediate access to them anytime an SMS needs to be sent simply by typing the
         contact's name in the chat box and selecting "Send SMS".
    Especially useful if a contact is not available via online chat, as it allows users to
    form a conversation and to send information from within the chat window directly to
    the contact's phone screen
    Also works the other way round: You don't need access to a wired PC if you want to
    send messages to Gmail chat; you can directly send an SMS text message from your
    phone to a contact's Gmail Chat window.

• Glo keeps 100% of MO revenue
   o Google does not pay for MTs
   o On an average 1:5 MO:MT ratio is maintained on this service
   o Google sends the Glo a daily report, ratio can be observed from day 1
   o No commitment - operator is free to disconnect with 30 days notice

• MOs are standard, non-premium SMS’s
   o This is critical to a drive high volume of usage

• Roadmap
   o All future integration points of email and IM with SMS will be subject to
     the same terms
   o Features will become visible to Google users – no action needed from
     the operator

   G+/ Gmail/SMS is a smart feature within Gmail with low access barriers and high
    reward to your increasingly connected user base. Glo compatibility with this product is
    a unique selling point that comes with benefit of positive brand association with
    Google.
    The feature is marketed within the Gmail interface – however key to augment this
    with above and below the line marketing campaigns to build awareness in our market,
    particularly among non-active Gmail users.
   Potential to attract Gmail users, who would like to use the feature, to our network.
