2. Description:
Sensors are used in many important applications like many medical equipment,
industrial control systems, air-conditionining systems, aircrafts and satellites. The capaciative
sensors provide high sencitivity making them attractive for the areas where high performance is
necessary increase the research activity of industrial micromation make us to design the
diffentrial capacitive MEMS sensor. In this project we are doing to design simulates capacitive
MEMS sensor using COMSOL Multiphysics software.
Mini Project:
TITLE : Instrumentation system for cryogenic propalents.
Organization : Sathish Dhawan Space Center(SHAR).
Achievements:
 Attended seminar on Applications of “RADAR” in our college.
 Gave seminar on piezoelectric transducers for testing of solids in our department 

