Parteek Bhatia is currently Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering and Former Associate Dean of Student Affairs at Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology, Patiala. He is recipient of Young Faculty Research Fellowship from Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology, Govt. of India. He has more than twenty years of academic experience, including six years at D.A.V College Amritsar. He has earned his B.Tech from SLIET and MS from BITS Pilani. He is doctorate in the field of NLP from Thapar University. He is PhD title is “UNL Based Machine Translation System for Punjabi Language”.
