Have been in seafood industry since 1972, travelled the seafood world and experienced in all post harvest activities. Qualified trainer with seafood qualifications and consultant. Have carried the torch and been a promoter of the Australian Fish Names Standard AS SSA 5300-2007 and proud to have been a part of this world first. In my 'spare time' I aim to help raise the profile of seafood and I do that in many ways including being involved with Global Initiative of Life & Leadership through Seafood (GILLS), World Aquaculture Society - Asia Pacific Region (WAS-APC) and I run a LinkedIn Group "An Association of International Seafood Professionals".
