October 17, 2005 – Countrywide Home Loans files for Foreclosure of Gourley Residence
March 16, 2006 – Countrywide is granted “Default Judgment of Foreclosure” against Shawn and Justin
Gourley.
April 27, 2006 – Countrywide is granted Motion to “Set Aside Judgment of Foreclosure.
April 28, 2006 – Bankruptcy Trustee files Motion to DISMISS Bankruptcy for “Material Delay”, “Material
Default…failure to make payments”, “Debtor has not assured receipt of future payment”; and “Debtor’s plan
payments are $2,809.35, or over five months, in arrears.”
June 12, 2006 - Bankruptcy Trustee files Motion to DISMISS Bankruptcy for “Material Delay”, “Material
payments are $2,624.35, or approximately five months, in arrears.”
July 10, 2006 - Bankruptcy Trustee files Motion to DISMISS Bankruptcy for “Material Delay”, “Material
payments are $2,439.35, or over four and a half months, in arrears.”
January 5, 2007 - Bankruptcy Trustee files Motion to DISMISS Bankruptcy for “Material Delay”, “Material
payments are $1,101.32, or two months, in arrears.”

July 22, 2008 – Shawn Gourley files a “Motion for Hardship Discharge” of her Chapter 13 Bankruptcy;
citing the following:
“1. The Debtor filed a petition under Chapter 13 on September 16, 2004. Her plan was confirmed on
January 25, 2005;
2. That the Debtor, Shawn J. Gourley, despite diligent efforts to do so, has been unable to maintain
continuous employment and at the present time is unemployed due to disabilities resulting from
complications during the birth of her child on April 13, 2006. That Debtor has received Social Security
Disability payments since August 2007; Note: Shawn has repeatedly stated publically that her
“disability” is “genetic”.
3. That all of Debtor’s secured, priority and administrative claims have been paid in full;
4. That the Debtor’s failure to complete her plan payments is due to circumstances for which she should
not justly be held accountable and modification is not practicable.”
September 19, 2008 – Shawn Gourley is granted a “Hardship Discharge” of her Chapter 13 Bankruptcy.
June 8, 2010 – Shawn Gourley sets up “Save the Boobies” (unregistered / unlicensed) business and begins
online marketing campaign to sell trinkets – claims she will donate a portion of the proceeds to Breast Cancer

2011 – Justin Gourley awarded 70% Disability Compensation from Department of Veterans Affairs
2011 rate - $1380 monthly = Annual $16,560
For those who believe that VA Disability Compensation does not have to be reported in Bankruptcy;
please read the following: When is VA Disability Income Not Included in the Means Test?
“Some attorneys may tell you that VA Disability income is never included in the means test calculation since
there is a box on page 1 of the means test that asks if the debtor is a “disabled veteran”. They assume that all

that needs to be asked is whether the individual is a disabled veteran and if so the means test does not apply. If
you talk to an attorney that tells you this, run!
The fact of the matter is that there are some qualifications you must meet in order to check that box and avoid
the means test. In fact the means test form (also known as Form B22A) was amended in April 2013 to make this
perfectly clear.
The form now states that if you check the “disabled veteran” box, you declare the following:
“I declare under penalty of perjury that I am a disabled veteran (as defined in 38 U.S.C. § 3741(1)) whose
indebtedness occurred primarily during a period in which I was on active duty (as defined in 10 U.S.C. §
101(d)(1)) or while I was performing a homeland defense activity (as defined in 32 U.S.C. §901(1)).”

which (Justin) was on active duty…” – Justin has been OUT OF THE MILITARY for 8 YEARS when they
filed this current Bankruptcy.

the Internal Revenue Service. This was done online and this document is generated electronically

February 26, 2012 - “Military with PTSD” is incorporated as a “Non-Profit” Corporation in Indiana. Note: This
is NOT Federal Non-Profit Status. This is a type of corporation. Military with PTSD is not granted Federal
Non-Profit status until July 29, 2014.
March 20, 2012 – “Military with PTSD” is granted a second Employer Identification Number (45-
4836531) by the Internal Revenue Service. This was done online and this document is generated
electronically immediately at the completion of the application.
March 28, 2012 – Shawn and Justin Gourley file Joint Chapter 13 Bankruptcy.
March 29, 2012 – Court ordered Sheriff Sale date is set for this date.
April 26, 2012 – Shawn is interviewed by Samantha A. Torrence, for Digital Journal

In this interview, Shawn states,
“Home Front Heroes is a new support hotline to help caregivers of veterans with PTSD. Shawn Gourley,
the hotline's founder, is asking for help in the initial funding of the line. Gourley has already raised 33%
of the needed funds through generous donations, but there is still more needed to make this dream a
reality.” – Note: This is less than 30 DAYS after the Gourley’s file for Bankruptcy and have been
served with notice of a Sheriff Sale of their home.
In the article is a link to a “GoFundMe” fundraising account – “Created by Shawn Gourley, April 4, 2012”. Set
up one WEEK after the Gourley’s filed Bankruptcy for the SECOND TIME.

On the GoFundMe page (https://www.gofundme.com/PTSDSpouseSupport/donate) – It clearly states:
“About the Organizer

This person will receive your donation directly.
Only give to people you know and trust”
Also listed in that article is a “YouCaring” Fundraising page.
According to the donations, this was started April 26, 2012.

According to the Gourley’s current Bankruptcy filing March 28, 2012: Question 13: They did not own
any stock in incorporated or unincorporated businesses.

According to the Gourley’s current Bankruptcy filing March 28, 2012: They did NOT own any
businesses, nor did they report Justin’s VA disability income.

Again on the Bankruptcy Petition – Statement of Financial Affairs: Neither Shawn or Justin report the
newly formed “Military with PTSD” Corporation(s).

Question 6b: Marked “None” – Yet the Gourley’s admitted to having already raised “…1/3 of the
money…” for the “Hotline” and had put it in a “Secured Account”.

Question 18 Nature, location and name of business: Again – Marked “None”

Copies of Military with PTSD (2) separate Employer Identification Numbers from the IRS:

Military with PTSD Federal Non-Profit Status letter from IRS: Note: In spite of repeated statements by
Shawn that Military with PTSD was an “Indiana Non-Profit” and waiting (for years!) for their Federal status; it
is clear that the date of the letter is July 29, 2014.
Meaning that every dime earned by Military with PTSD from its inception to that date – was TAXABLE
and…reportable to the Bankruptcy Trustee as INCOME to the Gourley’s.

Shawn’s statements that the money donated for the Hotline was sent to her: NOTE: In accordance with
Federal Bankruptcy law, all income (of any kind) to the Gourley’s MUST go to the Bankruptcy Trustee.

Shawn Gourley has had 14 Civil Judgments against her and 5 State Tax Judgments against her. Note: With the
exception of the Tax Judgments, these BAD DEBTS have either already been discharged in her FIRST

bankruptcy or will be in her CURRENT one.
