BEYOND EXISTING ENTERPRISES was conceived to assist non-profit organizations. The concept of BEE LLC is provides these organizations with assistance with managerial consulting with emphasis on non-profit administrative processes. Services available: Workshops for Staff & Volunteers, Program Evaluation, Policy & Procedure Design, Financial Management & Budgeting, Program Development & Design, Short & Long Range Planning, Grant writing. Ms. Caldwell has been working for and with non-profit organizations for over 20 years in all capacities. She is currently a Doctoral Candidate for a degree in Public Policy & Administration specializing in Non-Profit Management at Walden University.
