Title : Histogram-Based Global Load Balancing In Structured Peer-To- Peer

Project Description:
In this project, we present a general framework, HiGLOB, for global load
balancing in structured P2P systems. Each node in HiGLOB has two key
components: Histogram manager and Load-balancing manager.Histogram
Manager maintain statistical information about all nodes and it is find node is
normally, under loaded and over-loaded. Load balance manager re-distribute the
load according to nodes capacity.

Back End : Sql Server 2008
