1. What are my options for repaying a claim?
I crashed my car 3 years ago and I just recently got a claim paper saying I owe
them a lot of money now. I cant afford it I only have a part time job and I'm i
n school upgrading to get my grade 12. I know one option is to claim bankruptcy
but that option would push the debt to my parents because I was underage at the
