Ingredients:
16 small bananas
Butter
1 oz. (2 tablespoons) sugar
¼ cup milk
Water
1 cup cream
1.4 oz. grapes
4 vanilla pods
2. Pistachios
pine nuts
5/8 cup rum
syrup (made with equal quantities of sugar and water)
caramel (browned with butter and a little sugar)
Preparation Instructions:
1.)You’ll need about 2 small bananas per person.
2.)Place the butter in a frying pan and heat. Once the butter begins
sizzling, place the bananas into the pan.
3.)Brown them, then flambé.
4.)Add some warm syrup.
5.)Add the grapes, pistachios, and pine nuts.
6.) Place the bananas on a serving dish
7.). Add a scoop of ice cream to the rum and grapes, a vanilla pod,
and some crisps to finalize the decoration.
