עברית בהמשך El HaLev is a non-profit organization (NPO) which was established to help women protect themselves against violence by means of personal-safety and self-empowerment training. Nowadays, we work also with other populations at risk: children, seniors and people with special needs. אל הלב היא עמותה הפועלת למניעת אלימות באמצעות לימוד הגנה עצמית ובטיחות אישית בהשראת אומנויות לחימה שונות.
