For one thing, you are ALWAYS giving 110% of your time and energy to your students. I don’t know how you do it every day which just goes to prove how dedicated you are to the health and fitness of our community. I may be an on-again/off-again student, but one thing is for sure…your program whips me into shape better than any other. Another reason you deserve some appreciation is your ever-so-positive attitude. Most of us are dragging ourselves into your class at 5:15, but you are there with energy and inspiration each and EVERY morning. You never judge or criticize; you only have words of encouragement as we all follow our own path to overall fitness.
