INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES
1. Put your signature in the space provided in the Admit Card.
2. Occupy your seat 30 minutes before the commencement of the examination.
3. No candidate is permitted to enter the examination hall after the commencement of the examination (10.00 a.m.)
and none is allowed to leave the hall before the completion of the examination process,under any circumstances.
4. Candidates should bring ball-point pen(blue or black colour only) for the examination. Calculator / Log Tables / Electronic
Communication devices, in any form, will not be allowed. Pencil/Eraser is also not permitted.
5. The Admit Card should be presented for verification and the candidate should sign the Attendance Sheet as directed
to do so by the Invigilator.
6. Any misconduct of the candidate reported by the Chief Superintendent leads to disqualification
of the candidature.
7. At the end of the examination, candidate should hand over the OMR answer sheet to the Invigilator and collect duplicate
OMR answer sheet.
8. Candidates are advised to retain this Admit Card till admission process is over.
9. Appearance of the lateral entry entrance exam is not a claim for securing an admission. Admission will be
strictly based on the eligibility criteria as per the clause 4 of the Prospectus for Lateral Entry Entrance
Exam 2012 (G.O(Rt) No.2189/2011/H.Edn dated 29/12/2011)
Mobile phones and other Electronic Communication devices are not permitted in the premises of the Examination centre.
Note : Candidates are requested to keep their secret key for further admission process,
Which can be collected from invigilator from the examination hall.
