the customer has to follow these Guidelines not exception allowed at all
The client must have to give us preliminary document listed below
 Client letterhead with Official request for the services addressed to the
Phoenixbcs-Group Ltd /Customer care – Compliance Office Group
Please note the LOI must be accepted write only in English language
Below finds the email addresses to send docs requested
 CIS Client signed by hands (copy and paste Signature can’t be accepted and
rejected)
 Valid Passport Client
 Latest 5 Years of trading company ( for request Loan from 10 million and up)
for other services requested we need 3 Years of trading Company
 Certificate incorporation company
 Board Resolution Company
 POF ( Proof of funds) Signed from 2 Bank officer Fresh dated
 For the fresh incorporated company our office require additional information
to evaluate case by case
After DD if positive, our group proceed to send listed docs for signature from
the CEO or authorized people mentioned in the board resolution company
 Our Services Agreement
 Our GDPR
 Our Privacy policy
 Our Invoice for payment services requested
Note if the group no receive payment we can’t proceed for the services
requested at all, and the client put in our Black list for further legal action
Please for the services of our Group refer to the Presentation letter updated
every six (6) month
