I am an Indian Army veteran, an experienced corporate professional, certified Life and Executive Coach, Corporate leadership trainer and organisational culture consultant. I am also a qualified Independent Director. I am the founder of Leadscape Advisors, a management consultancy and leadership training company. I am passionately committed to helping corporate professionals with transformative executive coaching. I also work with companies - especially family-owned and/or mid-sized or startups - for improving company culture, leadership mentoring, strategic advice and customised leadership training that leverages best practices of the Army as relevant to their specific environment.
