• DLF Home Developers Limited "DHDL", a wholly owned subsidiary of DLF Ltd., received its final tranche of payment of Rs. 93.5 crores on the
sale of balance shares of Galaxy Mercantile Ltd. "GML", a JV company of DHDL, IDFC and others. In November 2011, IDFC had contracted to
acquire 100% stake in the JV Company owning 1.3 mill. sq. feet IT Park located in Sector 62, Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
• The Bank of Japan will conduct money market operations so that the monetary base will increase at an annual pace of about Y60 to Y70
trillion," the BOJ said, adding that its financial asset purchases will also proceed as decided in April 2013.
• Italian GDP rose to 0.1%, from 0.1% in the preceding month. Analysts had expected Italian GDP to rise 0.1% last month.
• Sobha Developers Mgt Guideline : Company expects his firm to do better in this quarter, compared to the previous one. focused on mid-to-high-
end residential development, has a good volume mix from the south market with Bangalore comprising 68 percent, Kerala (12 percent) and Tamil
Nadu making 10 percent. However, NCR volumes continue to remain subdued.
• Engineers India clarification : With reference to the news item appearing in a leading financial daily titled, Engineers India wins Nigerian order,
Engineers India Ltd has clarified that there is no change in the situation as was reported earlier vide our letter dated November 25, 2013.
• Feb Indian trade data: Exports at $25.68bn Vs $26.75bn (MoM) . Indian Imports down 17% at $33.81bn Vs $40.79bn (YoY) . Non-oil imports
down 24.5% at $20.12bn (YoY)
• U.K. Office for National Statistics said that manufacturing production inched up by a seasonally adjusted 0.4% in January, above expectations
for a 0.3% gain. Manufacturing production in December was revised up to a 0.4% increase from a previously reported gain of 0.3%.
• NMDC FEB 2014 , Production Growth is +12.3 % ( YoY ) ( 26.42 million Tonnes in Feb 2014 Vs 23.52 Million Tonnes in Feb 2013 ) . Despatches

• Hinduja Group Ltd sold 4.70 lakh shares of private sector lender IndusInd Bank to another group entity Hinduja Ventures for Rs 21.15 crore via
the open market route.
• Chettinad Cement is in the final stages of buying out A.P based Anjani Portland Cements for an enterprise value between Rs 360 to Rs 380
crore rupees .
• Nucleus Software Exports has informed that in order to rationalize operations, the Company has closed down its Step - Down subsidiary by the
name of VirStra i-Technology (Singapore) Pte. Ltd.
