This document summarizes exploratory research on developing an effective social media marketing strategy. Interviews and case studies were conducted to identify key needs of both marketers and consumers. For marketers, objectives and key performance indicators were identified. For consumers, five segments of social media needs were identified: information, identity, interaction, entertainment, and involvement. A social media marketing value model was developed to illustrate how fulfilling consumer needs can create value for both marketers and consumers.Audience Profile

Peer support is important for deaf children who are more likely to experience isolation, bullying, and mental health issues without proper support. The NDCS will provide training to Peer Buddies and support to teachers to implement the peer support schemes.
