I am passionate about User Experience. Some people consider it a new and emerging practice but it has been around since Don Norman coined the term in the 1990's, if not earlier. It is the holistic practice of understanding user behavior to achieve business goals and to make a product not only efficient but delightful. I help businesses apply best practices to analyze problems and create effective designs. I use design principles essential to creating great customer experiences and products people love.
